Kailey has been a tattoo artist since 2014, but has been a visual artist for her whole life. She enjoys drawing, and woodworking when she is not tattooing. She tries to keep her tattoo style diverse, but enjoys blackwork and realism floral pieces the most. She hopes to be travelling for work more often in the future!

Alonso Blades
Resident Artist
Alonso has been tattooing since 2018 he specializes in fine line, black and gray, geometry, micro realism, and pointillism tattoos. He enjoys photography, drawing, and doing extreme sports in his spare time. He studied 4 years Graphic Design and arts in Mexico before becoming a full time professional tattoo artist, art has always been his life and passion. He's glad that he gets to share and collaborate with his clients to create a tattoo that they will love forever.

Luke Dann
Junior Artist
Luke started learning under Kailey in the winter of 2022 but has always enjoyed expressing himself artistically through drawing and painting. When he is not working towards his career as a tattoo artist, you’ll find him working on cars, listening to records, or thrift shopping. Luke is looking forward to expanding his tattoo skills in all areas, but eventually specializing in bold colour and neo-traditional pieces.

Taggart Jacob
Shop Manager
Taggart has been a entrepreneur, running his own business' since 2017. Having made the tough decision to close his electrical company in 2021, Taggart has since moved from part time into a full time role with Empress. Having been around the tattoo industry since 2014 when Kailey started, and previous business experience allows Taggart to take care of everything in the shop so our artists can take care of the only thing that matters to them. Doing beautiful tattoos for our awesome clients!
